Scent: Hints of acacia, broom and exotic fruits.
Taste: Fresh and slightly savory.
Combination: It is perfect for seafood: starters, fish soup, mussels and shellfish. Regarding Pecorino type, we suggest to combine it with Brodetto, especially if the wine had a one-year-ageing.
