It is widespread quite everywhere in Campania, especially in the volcanic area of Campi Flegrei and in the mountains of Sannio. To preserve its aromatic scent, Falanghina is usually vinified in steel, without using wood.

Scent: Hints of flowers, intense fruity scents and mineral hints due to the volcanic soil.
Taste: High aromatic persistence. It recalls ripe fruits and tropical fruits. Good acidity.
Combination: Shellfish and fish dishes.
