About Ellevi

Ellevi is a service of wines and distillates online sale, wholesale and retail sale.
Ellevi sells products of its own production and with its own brand.

Introduction

The following document is a legal agreement between you (as a customer) and the company run by Ellevi and it regulates your use of the website and, in any case, the use of the provided services.

CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE

To use Ellevi, you have to read carefully and to accept the Contract by clicking on the specific button for the acceptance. If you do not accept the contract, you will not be able to use the Service.

Registration and Content of Ellevi

In order to use the Service, customers have to register by providing true and complex data in the specific registration form and by accepting the privacy policy and the general conditions.
The customer has too keep private his or her own access credentials.
However, the Owner could not be considered responsible in case of loss, dissemination, theft or unauthorized use of his or her access credentials.

Account Deletion or Closing

Customers who are registered can disable their own account, require its deletion or stop the use of this Service at any time. If the Owner violates the present terms, it retains the right to suspend or close the account at any time and without any notice.

Available Contents in Ellevi

The copyright law protects the available contents in Ellevi. For this reason, it is forbidden to copy and/or download and/or share, modify, post, transmit, sell or create jobs derived from the available contents in Ellevi.

Intellectual Property Rights

All the App marks, figurative or nominative, and all other signs, commercial names, word marks, figures, images, logotypes regarding Ellevi that appear are exclusive property of the Owner.

Age Requiremnts

Customers declare to be over 18 in accordance with the applicable legislation.

All prices are VAT included.

Purchase

Each order is an offer to buy the products. Orders depend on the availability and on the Owner acceptance.
The Customer has to select products and complete the checkout, after checking carefully all the information in the order summary.
The order needs to be confirmed and then it is subjected to the shipping charges and payment charges given in the order summary.
The contract conclusion is when the order confirmation is sent by the Owner to the customer’s email address. The Owner retains the possibility not to confirm the order, by informing the Customer within 5 working days from the order insertion about the unavailability of one or more purchased products. In this case, the Owner will refund the shipping charges the Customer paid.

Payments

In our website, it is possible to pay with pay pal, credit card and bank transfer. If you pay with a bank transfer, your order will leave after receiving the payment confirmation.

Shipping and Shipping Charges

After the order confirmation, Ellevi commits itself to deliver your order within 5 working days after receiving the order. Shipping is by express delivery BARTOLINI, with the possibility of tracing the box in the express delivery’s website. When the order is confirmed, it is sufficent to indicate the delivery address you prefer.

The Customer will receive an accurate calculation of shipping charges before confirming the order. There will not be any other additional costs to the shipping charges (calculated only once for each order) and to the items’ prices.

Shipping costs are free for the entire Italian territory while for the rest of Europe they are calculated at the time of the order based on the weight of the shipment and the country of destination:

Return and Change

It is possible to return the products within 15 days from its receiving. An item must be returned with all its part, intact and in its original package. The address to which return the purchased item is in the section contacts.

The package must contain the delivery note. The return can be committed to an express delivery, saving the shipping receipt.
The refund will be paid after receiving the return package.
